Wheel within a Wheel
Modern engineering has develop a type of wheel that can perform what Ezekiel describes in Ezekiel 1:17, "When they move, they move in any four directions without veering as they move." Basically, Ezekiel is saying that the wheel does not need to turn in order to go a different direction (of the four directions). Omni wheels[1] can operate this way.
