What is COMMONTARY?

It’s a new way of listening to the video we watch.

You keep the picture you already have. COMMONTARY gives you a different voice over the top of it — and keeps that voice in sync with your screen, automatically, however far behind live you happen to be.

You've probably already wanted this. The ManningCast during Monday Night Football. Watch-along podcasts for shows you love. RiffTrax over a bad movie. Every one of those exists because the default commentary isn’t for everyone, and none of them work unless somebody solves the syncing problem first.

What that looks like in practice

• The big game, called by broadcasters who actually know your team
• A comedian working through a reality show while it airs
• The podcaster whose take you trust more than the network’s
